  • The Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) has released a resource guide for small businesses impacted by COVID-19, which includes a summary of the CARES Act. 

  • The US Chamber of Commerce has prepared a Coronavirus Emergency Loans Small Business Guide and Checklist. Read it here

Practical Solutions

  • CleanSlate UV, a 43 North portfolio company, makes a mobile device sanitization system that kills germs with UV rays. They work with hospitals and commercial health facilities around the world to help reduce the spread of germs through mobile devices. They have shared guidance to eliminate coronavirus on smartphones with UV light. 

  • In the Finger Lakes, there is a job portal that will connect essential businesses that are looking to expand their workforce during the COVID-19 crisis and individuals across the community who are looking for work. The Rochester-based job board can be found here.
